Fade Custom

Creates a fading in (soft to loud) or fading out (loud to soft) effect in the selected part of an audio file.
The wave data will be linearly faded from the starting magnitude Start to the ending magnitude End.

Parameter	Description
Start	Starting value percent, varies from 0 to 100.
End	Ending value percent, varies from 0 to 100.
